Rock climbing is where participants climb up, down or across natural rock or artificial rock walls. Several types of climbing can be found, such as aid climbing, free climbing, and boulder climbing. Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala Rock are among the most prominent rock formations in Sri Lanka.
